Trial License Agreement

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING SILAS NETCOMPANION (THE "SOFTWARE").

This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Dynecon LLC dba netsecdevio (the "Licensor") for the Silas NetCompanion desktop application identified above.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants you a evaluation/trial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

2. REDISTRIBUTION

Redistribution of the Software is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Licensor.

3. MODIFICATIONS

Modification of the Software is strictly prohibited. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.

4. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. The Licensor retains all ownership rights to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of the Licensor.

5. TRIAL PERIOD

This license includes a trial period of 14 days from the date of installation. During this period, you may evaluate the Software to determine if it meets your needs. At the end of the trial period, you must either purchase a license to continue using the Software or uninstall and cease using the Software.

6. TERMINATION

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE REMAINS WITH YOU.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN ANY CASE, THE LICENSOR'S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

9. DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY

The Software may collect certain information about your use of the Software, system, and device. This information may be used for the purposes of improving the Software, providing support, and enhancing user experience. All data collection activities are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in United States.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
